Sale Terms

・Resale of Merchandise
P. Shine is a private label brand. To protect its intellectual property rights, suspected resale of our merchandise for profit is prohibited. Any orders found to have characteristics of reselling will be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel all subsequent orders from such customers. Exception: Salon customers can purchase with their resale permit or beautician license numbers.

・Reshipping of Merchandise
P. Shine does not allow merchandise to be reshipped. Any orders shipping to freight forwarders may be cancelled. We ship to various countries on request.

・Previous Fraudulent Order History
P-Shine may cancel any order if fraud is suspected and may refuse to process subsequent orders from customers with a previous fraudulent order history. P-Shine may also refuse any orders connected with a previous credit card dispute.

General

We may from time to time change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time.

The Contents of our Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, noncommercial (other than for the purchase of merchandise from our site) use by the users of our Site. Shine Distributor's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or R J Decker - P. Shine Distributor>, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
